If an alien race shows up saying they are humanity's master race, people are going to fall for it, and deny the Bible.

why would people believe that? If another species hasn't heard of God yet are created by God why wouldn't they have the same conclusions as us? Can you please elaborate how that makes anyone worship the devil? I worship God because it is truth, I find that it is not universal as the Bible claims I would have to wonder If what I believe isnt true. Believing what is wrong is more akin to Devil worship.

Yep. They are older and smarter than us. If they started performing what we view as miracles, it would be easy to get a large following. So many people already believe in aliens seeding the earth. Fallen angels could use that to construct a theology that points people the the father of lies.

Regarding the specific "aliens" that some people claim to have had contact with (such as "the Greys"), if they truly do exist they could be fallen angels or demons.

But can fallen angels really make themselves appear as aliens?

In all instances in the Bible, we see demons operating as disembodied and/or invisible spirits. We only see angels of God appear as men. We never see fallen angels appear as men.
