CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

Your young so you have lots of time to meet someong...however...my dh isnt Christian...(so he says).
Its about love...God knows what's in ones heart and will guide you...so just trust in your heart and in God...dont worry otherwise(about what another person believes unless they are holding you back from your faith)

OK, you met a girl when you were 13.
You "went" with her for a period of time.
You guys broke up (before or after you became a Christian).
You miss her deeply.
So, why NOT get back together?
If you were the one who broke-it-off, it will be easy (but, if she broke up with you, then you need to un-do something you were doing -- and maybe deeply apologize -- before she will want to spend time with you).
If you want help, you should give us some more info.
A First Love is a powerful thing.
You are NOT ready to just Let it Go.
I hope you can find happiness.
