  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.
  • We hope the site problems here are now solved, however, if you still have any issues, please start a ticket in Contact Us

Just read this snippet.

"Colgate-Palmolive Co., which makes consumer products including Ajax detergent and Irish Spring soap, plans to cut its worldwide work force by about 12 percent, or about 4,400 jobs, and close one-third of its factories as part of a four-year plan aimed at boosting its sales and profits. Its shares rose 3.6 percent in early trading"

The massive "laying off" is yet another reason to continue to have company loyalty. LOL Oh-and the reason is quite clear why their in business.

It's sad when they put money above all else....you really know what their god is!

Sadly, I have a boss that is the same. I work for a small company, and last week he layed off a number of production workers becuse the line was slow...He just caers about bottom line figures and does not care about any reasons or explinations, just why he doesn't show a nice prifit. Very Sad.

Peace in Christ.
