Ah, my first con.

Nekocon 7 in Virginia. Very interesting. I had seen pictures before, but to actually watch all these characters walk by was kind of surreal. What was even more strange was that someone wanted to take a picture of me, and I wasn't even cosplaying! (I was wearing my "You're with stupid" Roper shirt, guess they thought it was pretty great) We wanted to go to the cosplay contest, but we stood in line for an hour an a half, and the line never moved. I'll just have to remember to go even earlier next time.

Ohhh, cons are always tons of fun. I've been to Animazement twice, and I wanted to go to Nekocon, but couldn't. Glad to see you had fun!

Cons can be fun but, watch your car . I had my hubcaps stolen when I attended Cons in Dallas.

I've been attending cons since 2002. They're a lot of fun. I just returned from Sugoicon in Kentucky. I've never had issues with cars... but at Sugoicon we had to deal with drunken Steeler's fans who caused a lot of problems for congoers. =/

i've been meaning to go to a con for years, but i can't drive and most of my friends don't like anime at all....X_X... and the friends that do, i don't think i would be safe with. almost went once, was going to be Yuri from the Dirty Pair, but my partner (i mean the person who was going with me as Kei from the Dirty Pair) couldn't go at the last minute.

Going to cons is immense fun. I have attended Animethon (7 through 11 - 00'-04'), Anime North (03', 04'), and this year Anime Evolution, Sakura-Con, and Otafest in addition to the staples of Animethon and Anime North.
