I understood that you were claiiming that the OT was edited *after* it was complete, by which you mean that the original has being changed so that it is very different.

But here you are asking a question about the original authoring of 1 book.

I am arguing that the OT was edited continually up until its canonical form. Hence there is very late work in the Pentateuch, e.g. Gen 1:1-2:4a which is IMO exilic and written by P.

Yes i understand that you mean it was changed. And the evidence for this cannot be your opinion if you are claiming it as fact.

I personally trust J.C's testimony that the Pentateuch and the Prophets are reliable scriptures.

well, since the bible was written somewhere in the late bronze age/early iron age, it was more likely than not supposed to be taken litteraly. Remember that this is a time where astrology was hard core science.
