Talk to any Judge appointed by Trump.

You might want to elaborate this claim. Judges are part of the judicial branch of government. Trump doesn't employ judges. No president employs judges. Presidents merely nominate judges and our senate confirms them into office. Judges are not employees, but rather they hold public office.

No, that doesn’t stand scrutiny because he is smart enough to understand when he’s misrepresenting facts, as he did with the conclusions of the Mueller report. He acted as if he were the president’s lawyer rather than the country’s.

No, the Mueller report mentions ten discrete instances.
All that has been reviewed and found not to be worthy of charges.

Lol, sure - by Barr. The unindicted co-conspirator, individual 1, is Mr. Trump (not the Mueller report but Cohen's sentencing memo by Mueller). Please refer to pages 213-214

Why it is not possible for some people to accept that the DOJ can elect not to consider a potential crime worth the effort to attempt to get a conviction is a mystry to me, those same people seem to be able to accept the fact that the head of the FBI pointed out several violations of Federal law violated by Hilary Clinton but at the same time indicated that she would not be prosecuted, why do some people have no problem understanding that but have so much of a problem understanding the same concept applied to Trump, could there be a double standard at work?

The double standard is yours. Comey was not a fan of Clinton and, in violation of policy, announced he was reopening the investigation into her emails just two weeks or so before the election which effectively tanked her candidacy. He concluded that there was no intent to break the law, which is pretty much what Mueller stated about Trump's collusion. However, he did not conclude that about Trump's obstruction of justice. It's water under the bridge now - there are new crimes to prosecute the former guy for, although obstruction is a recurring theme.

Whoot, there it is. You can also expect Jim Jordan, Scott Perry, and Mark Meadows getting the same treatment.

Meadows and Perry are more likely to get a very different kind of document from the grand jury. (Starts with an "I".)

How nice, an “invitation”!
Nice and civil.

Trump special counsel hauls lawyers before grand jury

Trump attorney Evan Corcoran, who handled the former president's responses to the government over its requests for the return of records, was interviewed before a grand jury, The New York Times reported on Friday. Fellow attorney Christina Bobb, who signed an affidavit affirming that Trump had returned all classified materials in response to a grand jury subpoena in June before the FBI found additional documents marked classified during an August search, also appeared before the grand jury, according to The Wall Street Journal.

Special counsel Jack Smith, who was appointed to oversee the investigation into Trump's handling of classified documents and his involvement in the Jan. 6 assault on the Capitol less than three months ago, is "moving aggressively" in the probe before the 2024 presidential campaign gets underway this summer, according to a recent report by The Times.

Former U.S. attorney Joyce White Vance said the report makes it sound like Smith is "fixing to give some Trump lawyers & aides the option of being codefendants or cooperating witnesses."

Trump attorney hires his own attorney as DOJ classified documents probe ramps up

Corcoran has hired attorney and principal at Ellerman Enzinna Levy in Washington, D.C., Michael Levy, to represent him, "people familiar with the matter" told Reuters.

According to the New York Times (NYT), prosecutors conducting the investigation are requesting "approval from a federal judge to invoke what is known as the crime-fraud exception," which enables Trump and Corcoran "to work around attorney-client privilege when they have reason to believe that legal advice or legal services have been used in furthering a crime."

Trump seeks to block Pence’s grand jury testimony in 2020 election interference probe

Former President Donald Trump has asked a federal court to block former Vice President Mike Pence from speaking to a grand jury about certain matters covered by executive privilege as part of the criminal investigationinto efforts to overturn Trump’s 2020 election loss, sources familiar with the move told CNN.

The request, in a new filing submitted secretly in a sealed proceeding on Friday, comes after the Trump team had already indicated to special counsel Jack Smith, who is overseeing the Justice Department’s criminal investigations into Trump, that the former president intended to assert privilege over Pence’s testimony.

[Pence has also objected.]

EXCLUSIVE: Dozens of Mar-a-Lago staff, from servers to aides, are subpoenaed in classified documents probe

On Thursday, Trump’s communications aide Margo Martin, who worked in the White House and then moved with Trump to Florida, appeared before the grand jury in Washington, DC. One of special counsel Jack Smith’s senior-most prosecutors was involved in the interview.

The staffers are of interest to investigators because of what they may have seen or heard while on their daily duties around the estate, including whether they saw boxes or documents in Trump’s office suite or elsewhere.

For instance, federal investigators have talked to a Mar-a-Lago staff member seen on security camera footage moving boxes from a storage room with Trump aide [and Diet Coke valet] Walt Nauta, who has already spoken with investigators.
