i recently quit smoking. well, sometimes i have one a day just for the heck of it, but i don't smoke a pack a day atleast.
does anyone know if cardio exercise "speeds up" the process of getting the toxins and junk out of your lungs from previously being a smoker? It seems like it would make logical sense to me that it does help, but haven't seen/read anything backing that up. thought i'd ask.
