Advice...

Hey..I really need some advice. I'm going through a 'nasty breakup' with a guy whom pressured me into some things that I am ashamed of. I'm definatly not perfect and I don't think God can forgive me anymore. I'm so lost. I know this thread seems selfish when put among all the others, but I'm kind of 'backed into a corner' for this. PM me or something.

honey if you knew some of the things zi did after i was saved you would faint. God DOES forgive. you may have to live with the consequences but you don t have to live with the guilt. by the blood of Jesus you are decalred not guilty.

you are definitely not selfish for posting this and God will forgive you, he says so in the bible, people make mistakes, the good thing about those mistakes is when you learn from them, i know how it feels to think God does not love you, but you have to trust that God does love you and move on

Whatever you may have done, God will forgive you.  I am sure that if you knew some of the things that people who post on this forum have done before coming to the Lord it would make your hair stand on end.  But God's grace has made it possible for us to be brand new.  Trust Him, He loves you and so do we.

God loves everyone and forgives everyone. all we have to do is ask. i've had my moments (recently none the less) where i've felt that i did things so horrible that i wouldn't be able to go on, and i wouldn't be able to go to God for help. But i did. I had to force myself, but i did goto God. And He does help you. There are so many people in this world, but we are each His childeren, and he loves all of us deeply. He doesn't want to see any of us in anguish over anything.

God can and will forgive you. Just ask Him.

And don't be silly. You are not being selfish at all. Your feelings and needs are just as important as anyones. They are important to HIM too. He loves you.

God will forgive you but you also need His help in forgiving yourself.  We've all done things were not proud of your not alone and definitely not being selfish.  I see courage, love and humility.
