We've all seen ads that say things that may not have been intended the way they could be taken.

Sometimes, ads need a little help.

Let's see how much fun we can have with ads.

Post ad slogans (be it from junk mail, TV commercials, anything) that are funny, or ad slogans that, if just a little more were added, would be funny.

For example:

"You can drive a Cadillac on us!"

"[Smoking:] No more wrinkles the natural way!" (Miracle Cream ad)

Television adverts for Marmite are being withdrawn from children's television following complaints from parents. The TV slots show a wobbling giant mass of Marmite rampaging through a town, in homage to 50s thriller The Blob.

Six viewers complained to the Advertising Standards Authority (ASA) that the adverts had scared their chidren. A spokesman for the ASA said: 'All the viewers said that their children had been terrified by the advertisements. Four said their children refused to watch television after seeing it and a further two said their children had nightmares as a result.'
