Pornography bad, abhorrent sexual practices, good?Or in the homes of the 68% of Christian men (including pastors) who are addicted to pornography or in the homes of the church leaders and Catholic priests who are guilty of sexually molesting children.

Because they are (hopefully) trying to follow God’s will.So why should Christian adoption agencies get a pass for discrimination, but not others?
So why should Christian adoption agencies get a pass for discrimination, but not others?
The Bible, however, says different.
Because they are (hopefully) trying to follow God’s will.

If scripture is against homosexuality, then it’s safe to assume that placing children with a homosexual couple will also be sinful because it would be condoning that action. What does the Bible say about placing children in adoptive families of same-sex couples? We all know what God says about people being gay, but what does it say about adoption agencies?
Okie dokie.
Nobody is talking about breaking the law.So if I want to break the law then all I need to do is tell you I was "following God's will"?
Yes, I consider exposing young children to pornography by a Christian parent or a child being sexually molested by a church leader or Catholic priest is much worse than the personal sexual acts of a same-sex couple in the privacy of their bedroom.
Yes. Okie Dokie. (I assume you are not in favor of at least some of those families raising children, correct?)
Pornography bad, abhorrent sexual practices, good?
These made up families?
And the federal government should subsidize some particular sectarian notion of what's God's will is? What I see is that certain Christians expect to be given a pass on the requirements for federal subsidies that other groups have to abide by--because they are Christians. In a secular republic that is unacceptable.Because they are (hopefully) trying to follow God’s will.

So the solution is easy--stop taking federal money. If scripture is against homosexuality, then it’s safe to assume that placing children with a homosexual couple will also be sinful because it would be condoning that action.
I haven't seen any evidence that the prohibition includes divorcees who remarry. Or couples who eat shellfish. It’s not about the sinful couples who are pretending to be in a marriage.
