Yes, this would be unfair and immoral. To suggest that you're free to live a horrible life, then say a few words in a certain order, and reeeeeally believe is, well, laughable and a sham.
He would create a way to forego the eternal pain and suffering by dying on the cross for each and every person who will accept Him. God is not only all loving but HE is also Holy and HE must provide justice and mercy both.
If He told you that all you had to do was accept Him and if you didn't you would suffer the justice for your sins; then you decide, you then make the ultimate choice to accept the result of not accepting Him. Is that unfair or immoral?
This made me laugh out loud. He has revealed Himself to millions and yet you don't believe them. So how would you claim he hasn't revealed Himself to anyone?
Did you rebuke him in the name of Jesus?
I said I did what I thought the LORD told me to do.How do you know the Lord told you to do it?
What would you think of them if they said you don't exist because of that?
How about just answering the question...
Could you please answer the following:
If I told you I was going to hideously torture my children every second, for the rest of their lives, because they didn't give me enough credit for raising them, what would you think of me? What would you say if I then proclaimed how much I loved my children? (And that torture is only for their life time, not for eternity, so I am still being literally infinitely kinder than your god.)
Not sure why you would lol. He hasn't revealed himself to me. So I use the brain God gave me, and don't buy tall tales.
For example I don't believe in alien abductions either. God must know that, and thus has chosen not to reveal himself to me. Or is gullibility a requirement of Christianity?
So, you acted on a thought you believe the Lord put in your head.
Ah, another instance of heart not really meaning heart. Got it.
It's funny how believers always seem to believe the Lord tells them things that they already agree with. Good times.
Should't "mercy" given be commensurate with compassion, empathy and a life well lived?
Are we done with question-and-ridicule now?
Wait a minute here, you claimed your heart told you to do something (a demonstrably falsafiable claim) and then claim I'm ridiculing you now?
You are not God and you are not Holy. You are not the judge and jury of mankind. You can not know the heart and mind of your children. You are not the one that must apply justice or mercy. So this is not equatable or similar.
That is your choice. I use my brain and I see the evidence of God not only through His revealing Himself to me but in the universe as well.
I think if you would allow yourself you could see the reason in it.
So both you and AV refuse to answer a ridiculously obvious moral question.
That tells me a lot about Christianity, and those who practice it.
No. God is all-knowing, so he knows he hasn't revealed himself to me. That would be His choice, not mine.
There's that Arab phone again.
