Addition of an "amen" button

This isn't a forum suggestion, but I didn't know where else to put it as there seems to be no general suggestions forum! (So perhaps that could be a good addition, that would be more on topic here? )

Anyway, I think we should have an "amen" button. Kinda like Facebook's like button. I think that "amen" is a meaningful response to a post, but doesn't necessarily justify a reply. It would just be nice to be able to acknowledge posts we agree with.

Thoughts?

We have a like button where you may add to someone's rep it is the light bulb at the top of each post.

Some using V bulletin have a "Thanks" button.

Hmm, the thing is with like buttons is the issue of people feeling offended on their posts not being liked.

I can understand but they can get over it not everyone can be pleased.

True. For right now, the reputation system can fit this as CF will be undergoing some changes soon.

I see we got like buttons now. i like this feature, it saves time.
It could say amen..

cF is not FB so, that shouldnt matter, we not here to be popular the way FB is.
