im addicted to swearing as i grew up with it us scottish re bad for it and i cnt help sear if i get frustrated aslo im deeeeep into pornography i could do it till i pass out its like im bound to it do you guys have ay advice to help break this.godbless.
also my keyboards messed up so sorry for spelling errors sometims my buttons dont function ill need a new laptop soon

bringeth forth death” (James 1:14-15).

The strength to do comes from God
(Matthew 19:17-26). Sincerely, humbly,
believingly, obediently turn to Him, and
God will bless your efforts (Philippians 4:9).

If something physical is tempting you, immediately remove it from your environment—or remove yourself! (James 1:14-15)

Flee from it! (1 Corinthians 6:18).

Take that action, and God will give you
strength, both this time and the next
(James 4:7-8).

You must replace the bad with the good—
your enslavement with freedom Eph 4:25-29

Take out the sin and put in prayer, reading
the Bible, helping others, laboring, exercise,
right music, productive reading, working,
family time.

Remember: The mind is where the battle is won.

“Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things” (Philippians 4:8).

Turn to your Creator, He will help you! Take
the first step. Pray to God. Read scriptures.

He will break you out of addiction and lead
you to the abundant life He created you to
live “If the Son therefore shall make you
free, ye shall be free indeed” (John 8:36).

And remember Jesus’s words: With
men it is impossible, but not with God:
for with God all things are possible.

I was addicted to swearing alot but since I became Christian it went away same as biting my nails or other stupid things stressed people do , when my stress was gone cuz I was forgiven I felt peace and there was no need to swear or bite nails anymore

To me it seems like you are using swearing and porn as stress relief cuz you have something in your life that you wish to change but cant atm

Doing quick exercises help release stress

I am Scottish too and i swear like a trooper f bomb c word you name it av been trying to stop doing it but its hard instead f bomb i some times say fishcakes you could put another word in that begins with the letter or make a word up one of the reasons i need to stop was Jesus wouldnt want us to use such words but also am in a drop in where swearing isnt allowed you can get banned if you do it too much

this is a great way to listen to God's words you can listen to the bible or you can listen to play parts of people in the bible i listen to this a lot when i feel i need to hear the bible gospels

as for peeing in public its a criminal offence if you get caught you are made to clean it up and sometimes your might get a hefty fine too plus if there where child in the area or women you can get done for exposing yourself in pubic
