The evidence is the Mueller Report and the recognition of Russian collaboration with Trump operatives by the Senate. Schiff was working with the same facts in the House.
Sadly, 213 House members believe in faux-called alternative facts, under threat by Trump, and hence their railroading an innocent colleague.
While the man of countless identities and invented accomplishments, George Santos, is accepted.
What you're pushing is called conspiracy theories. You're claiming that 213 elected members of Congress are conspiring with Trump (who else, right?). And George Santos has already been indicted, with investigations (Woohoo! Who doesn't love investigations?) being done on anyone who helped him be bailed out.

No, not really.

But you'll be fine in 2025 when Dens take the house back and censure Jordan, Comer, Gaetz, et. al., for their lies about Hunter and Luna for her lies about Schiff I assume.
Why?

Durham agreed with everything Schiff said was in the Mueller report. Your statement therefore comes across as demented because it asserts Schiff deserves punishment for not fact checking the Mueller report.
Schiff was condemned by his GOP colleagues Wednesday for "misleading the American public" pertaining to the Russian collusion narrative, which was dismantled by both the Mueller and Durham probes.

During the Trump years, the media rolled out the red carpet for Schiff, the top Democrat on the House Intelligence Committee. When he repeatedly claimed that he had seen "evidence" of collusion, many news outlets had reason to believe what he said was credible.

Schiff was condemned by his GOP colleagues Wednesday for "misleading the American public" pertaining to the Russian collusion narrative, which was dismantled by both the Mueller and Durham probes.
What the GOP colleagues got wrong as a predicate is that the Mueller report does not use the term "collusion", which is why that allegation is literally based on a misrepresentation of the Mueller report. Part of the evidence of "collusion" Adam Schiff is alluding to can be seen on post #39 of this thread.

Allow me to parse the semantics in the allegation below.

Whereas for years Representative Schiff abused this trust by citing evidence of collusion that—as is clear from reports by Special Counsel Robert Mueller, Department of Justice Inspector General Michael Horowitz, and Special Counsel Durham—does not exist;

The above allegation is what Schiff's accusers got wrong when claiming the Mueller, Horowitz, Durham reports, state that "collusion" does not exist. Because Mueller specifically writes: “Collusion is not a specific offense or theory of liability found in the United States Code, nor is it a term of art in federal criminal law.”

col·lu·sion
NOUN

secret or illegal cooperation or conspiracy, especially in order to cheat or deceive others:

co·op·er·ate
[kōˈäpəˌrāt]

VERB
work jointly toward the same end:

As explained above, Mueller does not use the term "collusion" and he specifically made note of why that is. Instead, he uses the terms "conspire" and "coordinate". This nuance is probably lost on the general public, but the term "collusion" is about "cooperating" as compared to "coordinating". As pertains to not "coordinating" with the Russian government in the Mueller Report, please note the qualifier at the end of the following statement "interference activities".

Mueller report:
“Although the investigation established that the Russian government perceived it would benefit from a Trump presidency and worked to secure that outcome, and that the [Trump] Campaign expected it would benefit electorally from information stolen and released through Russian efforts, the investigation did not establish that members of the Trump Campaign conspired or coordinated with the Russian government in its election interference activities.”

“we understood coordination to require an agreement—tacit or express—between the Trump Campaign and the Russian government on election interference. That requires more than the two parties taking actions that were informed by or responsive to the other’s actions or interests.”

“While the investigation identified numerous links between individuals with ties to the Russian government and individuals associated with the Trump Campaign, the evidence was not sufficient to support criminal charges. Among other things, the evidence was not sufficient to charge any Campaign official as an unregistered foreign agent of the Russian government or other Russian principal. And our evidence about the June 9, 2016 meeting and Wikileaks’s releases of hacked materials was not sufficient to charge that any member of the Trump Campaign conspired with representatives of the Russian government to interfere in the 2016 election.”

Further, the Office learned that some of the individuals we interviewed or whose conduct we investigated — including some associated with the Trump Campaign — deleted relevant communications or communicated during the relevant period using applications that feature encryption or that do not provide for long-term retention of data or communications records. In such cases, the Office was not able to corroborate witness statements through comparison to contemporaneous communications or fully question witnesses about statements that appeared inconsistent with other known facts.

Accordingly, while this report embodies factual and legal determinations that the Office believes to be accurate and complete to the greatest extent possible, given these identified gaps, the Office cannot rule out the possibility that the unavailable information would shed additional light on (or cast in a new light) the events described in the report.

Schiff presided over the investigation and trial for Trump's first impeachment. The charges had to do with the 2020 election, not the 2016 election,.

Trump's impeachment came after a formal House inquiry found that he had solicited foreign interference in the 2020 U.S. presidential election to help his re-election bid and then obstructed the inquiry itself by telling his administration officials to ignore subpoenas for documents and testimony. The inquiry reported that Trump withheld military aid[a] and an invitation to the White House to Ukrainian president Volodymyr Zelenskyy in order to influence Ukraine to announce an investigation into Trump's political opponent Joe Biden and to promote a discredited conspiracy theory that Ukraine, not Russia, was behind interference in the 2016 presidential election
There was extremely compelling testimony and evidence to prove both charges but the Senate refused to issue subpoenas for the witnesses--Sondland and Vindman.

The impeachment charges were investigated thoroughly for over a month.

As Vindman stated in his testimony, Trump attempted to coerce Zelensky into lying about Biden and Burisma.
Vindman states, "I was concerned by the call. I did not think it was proper to demand that a foreign government investigate a U.S. citizen, and I was worried about the implications for the U.S. Government's support of Ukraine. I realized that if Ukraine pursued an investigation into the Bidens and Burisma, it would likely be interpreted as a partisan play which would undoubtedly result in Ukraine losing the bipartisan support it has thus far maintained. This would all undermine U.S. national security."

Unbelievably, Republicans in Congress are still peddling the false rumors about the Bidens and Burisma that were debunked over and over.

The Republicans were elected as the majority (by the public) who watched what Schiff and others in his party did during the time when democrats were in the majority. The public realized that some house cleaning was needed on the left side of the isle as well, and now the cleaning is being done.
Well, the cleaning has started. IMO

Truth isn't subject to votes.

213 House members acted with baseless vengeance, but truth was on the side of the 209 who voted no.
So, you would have made it 210.... I would have made it 214
You have a monopoly on truth now?

Truth is... Schiff lied. Now his party isn't in the majority. So, he is facing the piper for his actions.

Everybody with a brain knows that all these court cases and investigations are nothing more than banana republic style attacks on an a political opponent. They hate Trump and will do anything, destroy anyone, by any means necessary and and any mean possible to prevent him from running in the 2024 election. That is the political scene today in a nutshell.
I agree. This last attempt at 400 years in jail is laughable... His popularity is climbing. They are doing anything short of pulling another "JFK" event.. to stop him.

The US will elect DT for the next President in 2024... even if he is in jail, prison or wearing an ankel bracelet.

Republicans have committed similar "crimes?"

Schiff was doing his job. The Mueller Report and the Senate Judiciary Committee confirmed Russia's activities with Manafort and other Trump associates who were convicted for their crimes.

Schiff is innocent. What's worse is that House members were acting under threat that Trump would primary those who didn't help him exact vengeance.
Lying is not his job. Where is all the evidence he kept telling the American people he had?

I understand about 400 years when trump might have only 20 years left. How about he is sentenced just to 20 years?

JFK was President. trump is not the President. And we probably shouldn't go down that path with the conversation.

The Republican controlled Senate refused to issue subpoenas for the first impeachment trial.
Alexander Vindman and others have the evidence.

I don't have a monopoly on truth. Republicans like Cheney and Kinzinger are truth tellers as well.

How many votes were changed by the Russians? Does Vindman have that information?

"A competent prosecutor can convince a grand jury to indict a ham sandwich."

Various studies have suggested that the rate of indictment by a grand jury ranges from approximately 95% to approximately 99%.

Indictments are meaningless.

I’ve seen him say enough. He never had what he claimed
Schiff's claimed evidence was Don junior welcoming the Russian's offer of dirt on Hillary, Manafort sharing internal polling data with Kilimnik, Roger Stone had a contact with WikiLeaks notifying the campaign of leaks beforehand, and Trump senior was reading those leaked documents at his rallies. That is not misinformation, those are factual events found in the Mueller probe. You may not agree that these events are evidence of the Trump campaign's cooperation with Russia but that's your opinion.
