26And He has made from one blood every nation of men to dwell on all the face of the earth, and has determined their preappointed times and the boundaries of their dwellings, 27so that they should seek the Lord, in the hope that they might grope for Him and find Him, though He is not far from each one of us;

I think the first part of this verse means that every human is a descendent of Adam. What does the rest of the verse (including 27) mean?

What a great verse.
Acts 17:26-27
God sovereignly has arranged everything so that we would seek Him. Nothing will satisfy us except for God. And for the seekers of God, he is as far as away as our lips. We only need to call on Him.

What shall I give unto the Lord for all He has done for me? I'll take the cup of salvation and call upon the name of the Lord. (Isaiah 12:3-4) God is rich to all who call upon Him.(Romans 10:12)

I respect differing opinions.

Please don't think that I am trying to belittle your opinion, and the joy you receive from it.

(Acts 17:26) And hath made of one blood all nations of men for to dwell on all the face of the earth, and hath determined the times before appointed, and the bounds of their habitation;

one blood. The word "blood" does not appear in the critical texts. As my Pastor says, "Even old Scoffield caught that one!"

The word "one" refers to the dust from which all were made.

(Eccl 3:20) All go unto one place; all are of the dust, and all turn to dust again.

Though admittedly, there are some who interpret "one" as referring to eth ha'Adam. But it is genetically impossible.

Are you speaking of Acts 17:26?

(Acts 17:26) And hath made of one blood all nations of men for to dwell on all the face of the earth, and hath determined the times before appointed, and the bounds of their habitation;

My Interlinear translates it "specifying the setting of the seasons".

The Koine Greek word for 'blood' in Acts 17:26 is (haima) pronounced hah'ee-mah

The word is #129 in Strong's and in Thayer's Greek-English Lexicon of the New Testament

Thayer's says; the word serves to denote generation and origin (in the classics also)
