Well for one thing.
The bullets really are a pain to bite into when eating them. You dont have that problem with the unborn. Though they are a little harder to stick a fork into but atleast there are no hard chewy bits.

Seriously. I mean, I can understand that the topic is sensitive and that people usually have strong opinions about it... but that's no excuse to completely ignore reality and make claims to the contrary.

Sorry, but given he choice between what you happen to think and what science has observed in every single early-stage fetus ever, I'll go with the science.

Except for those little details where the simple fact that we've never seen it before, when looking right there, is evidence that it isn't there, and the bit where it's, by definition, utterly impossible.

Is it possible to find such brain activity? I suppose; I won't rule it out completely. But the brain is a finely tuned collection of specialized cells. Such specialization has not ever been observed in early-stage fetuses. Same for the heart. Especially at the point of conception and shortly thereafter, where there aren't even enough cells to form a brain or heart. So no, it's not blind faith, it's reality.
