I can also make my playdough look like a baby.....doesn't mean it has the brain waves and thought patterns of a child.....my thought to go with the childs soul is that obviosuly its wasn;t that ones time and place to be born and it will be born later so therefore the child isn;t dead......but those are my personnal beliefs.

It's good to see the age-old argument of ad hominem and insult hasn't died out.

You really let yourself down here. There was nothing immature in the post in question; thus far the person in question would certainly qualify as one of the "very mature teens on these boards that contribute to a worthwhile conversation". The fact that he disagrees with you is a poor basis on which to malign him.

If one of these had occurred, you would have grounds. However, it's apparent that you also don't respond to people who make legitimate points simply because you don't want to, and you invent an insult to excuse yourself.
I find comments like this one;

"it looks like a likkle babeeee, it even tried to grab his finger"

especially when referring to the life of a human being to be nothing short of immature and probably more along the lines of evil and despicable.

Frankly, I don't see the point in continuing to argue with you if all you're going to do is insult me, so I won't. However, I'd like to point out that you still haven't properly responded to any of the points that I raised in my post. I can only assume that either you are so horribly offended by the idea that somebody might use humour to get their idea across that you had to go off on one at me, or that you just can't think of a decent response.
you will get no further discussion with me on this issue. I do not feel you are mature enough to deal with the issue as an adult and will therefore not hold things out that I feel strongly about for you to mock and turn into a high school politically correct game.

Does anyone else ever notice that the real hard line anti-choicers, those who would deny the woman the right to choose what happens to her body, always seem to have one thing in common...they're men?
What an uneducated comment. Go and take a look at the real stats before you make some silly assertion such as this. It is not just men who are against abortion. It is all sexes who have a shred of decency.

a fallacious statement that does not warrant further comment

Ah, now "uneducated". You're big on the insults for people who disagree with you, aren't you?

Really? Have a look back over this thread and tell me how many women are coming out with hard line anti-choice views.

this thread? wow, highly representative...

why don't you have a look at poll numbers instead? the most consistent support for a "woman's right to choose" comes from single men aged 18 to 34
