Daniel prophesied that, the Covenant week is confirmed, strengthened, started by Christ's death alone (verse 27). So the final week started at the cross and it is about New Testament or New Covenant congregation. It is only by His death that the last week (of the 70) is instituted or given foundation.

That idea is not based on the Daniel Scripture, it is based on man's doctrines. The Daniel 9:27 verse is not about Jesus doing those things; it's about the final Antichrist at the end of this world, even as the Dan.11 "vile person" and earlier "little horn" prophecies describe that abomination event further.

The false assumption that all the 70 weeks prophecy events have to be fulfilled within the same time frame is a doctrine of men. That is where your idea comes from, and you... didn't think of it first. So please, spare us how you like to make of yourself a person so accurate in Bible method and wisdom.

There is no "antichrist" to be seen in Daniel 9:27. The word does not exist in ancient Hebrew.

A decapitated 70th week is the product of modernist dispensational delusionism. It is unheard of in historical orthodox Christianity before the 19th century.

That which ascribes the perfect complete work of Christ at Calvary to antichrist, is a manifestation of the spirit of antichrist.

Sure the Antichrist is being mentioned there. One just can't be anal retentive with focusing only one word, because Bible study of the matter includes many parallel Scriptures about that coming false one.
