James Tour was caught lying himself in one of his videos. He lied so grossly about Jack Szostak that he even gave a mealy mouthed apology.

If I'm not mistaken, it was for an ad hominem attack. Which in the academic world as well as these forums is understood as an absolute wrong thing to do.

Actually he lied about Jack Szostak's work as well. It was not just an ad hominem attack.

I'm voting "conjecture," since I think only scientific laws rise to the level where they can be considered "science," full stop. As soon as you move from statements about observed phenomena to interpretations and explanations, you've shifted into the realm of educated guesswork.

This doesn't mean that I think abiogenesis is as likely to be false as it is to be true. I think it's true.

True enough. The conundrum is if you don't listen to it, how does a person know if it isn't worth listening to?

I think you misunderstand what I'm saying. I quite agree that many humans are self sacrificial. But that's illogical if we are products of Darwinism.
