All about the Messiah
The final Messiah will be a normal human being, born of human parents. It is thus possible that he is already born.

Similarly, the Messiah will be mortal. He will eventually die and bequeath his kingdom to his son or his successor.

The final Messiah will be the greatest leader and political genius that the world has ever seen. He will likewise be the wisest man ever to have lived. He will put these extraordinary talents to use to precipitate a worldwide revolution which will bring perfect social justice to humanity, and influence all people to serve God with a pure heart.

The Messiah will also achieve prophecy and become the greatest prophet in history, second only to Moses.

Maimonides states, "If there arises a ruler from the family of David, immersed in the Torah and its commandments like David his ancestor, following both the Written and Oral Torah, who leads Israel back to the Torah, strengthening the observance of its laws and fighting God's battles, then we may assume that he is the Messiah. If he is further successful in rebuilding the Temple on its original site and gathering the dispersed of Israel, then his identity as Messiah is a certainty."

Now that is a denial of Yeshua if I ever read one.

I would love to see scripture that agree's with this son's son stuff.

I have no problem with this part.

That is interesting Bon,I had never thought of it in that way before...but then if they had embraced him then then there would have been no bloodshed and hence no atonement/sacrifice.Maybe that is why when Paul speaks of the Law of death or something to that effect he means that the torah Laws were such that they led to Yeshua being killed when he revealed himself as he truly was ie the Son of G-D.The Torah led to his death since if those Laws were not in place they would have had no justification in putting him to death.

I,m veering off the subject again ;)

And Second to Moses, how can he be all those other things and be second to Moshe?
Yes, I have a problem with that final Messiah, big time.... but my post saying so is gone.

The Messiah has appeared. His name is Jesus. He died for our sins and was resurrected after 3 days. He now sits at the right hand of God the Father. He will return and rule on the earth for 1000 years. After that Judgement will come for all people. Those who are written in the Book of Life will dwell with the Lord throughout eternity.
