Probably FAR off the Scale. He wasn't stupid, he was arrogant and full of hubris and thus his sinfulness was FAR FAR off the Scale as well.

Since IQ tests are dodgy at best, and fail dismally to be properly culture independent, who knows (or cares)?

Strange question as IQ tests are mans way of measuring intelligence. Satan is a highly intelligent being and a manmade test would see his IQ off the scale possible to measure. He also has thousands of years of built up knowledge.

However that said his stupidity was great too, in beleiving he could rule over his creator, God and in so doing forfeited being in God's presence for eternity with eternity in hell.

it depends on which satan to which you refer.

usually we simply use satan as an excuse to avoid our own responsibility. In this case, we should simply take the test ourselves and there will be your answer.
