If you go to a river and analyse the composition of the deposits in the silt; you will find that gold and other heavy metals are concentrated in areas where the water flow is not capable of carrying those particles therefore a deposit is built up. Subsequently one can either assume that a conscious being placed the heavy particles there or that they naturally were deposited there by the actions resulting from the laws of physics. Likewise DNA was either designed by a conscious being or it merely occurred through the rules of chemistry hence physics.
As for DNA not being natural because it does not exist in space; consider this:

All the elements that are the foundation of all living things are commonly found in the universe. All matter is made up of the same stuff.

Simply put; it matters not if you are on the moon or in your living room. Everything has to follow the fundamental and natural laws of physics. That includes God also!

1) This is an argument from incredulity, just because you don't know how it happened doesn't mean that it was designed.
2) Chemical reactions are anything but random. Under a certain set of conditions the reaction will carry out the exact same way every single time. Or is the reaction between NaOH and HCl also a code for the production of H[sub]2[/sub]O and NaCl?
3) By invoking a designer/creator because life is complicated strongly suggests that the designer is more complex than us. Therefore, since we were designed by a higher being, so was the designer, and the designer's designer, and the designer designer's designer, etc into infinity. At one point this designer will have to have appeared spontaneously. It's just that with abiogenesis that step is much lower on the designer ladder. And by the way, it's possible to synthesize all the compounds that compose DNA.
