I think any review of my posts will show that I've been nothing but honest from the first about my level of experience and the fact I am still looking at where exactly I fit in as a Messianic believer. So if that is aimed at me, you need to rethink things a bit.

Lol! A non-Member telling a Member to by-pass the SoP. That just about sums up some of the problems we have on here, you should not even be debating, let alone telling others how to circumvent the rules we have, whilst accusing us of doing that!

Avodat. I was not telling anyone to by pass the Sop. I asked the question due to a member suggesting this, another time this issue was brought up. The member suggested to have listed those with privilege to post, as it was confusing for those of us not having such privilege due to the sop.. I am sorry you think It was my suggestion to by pass the sop. Privilege, in that case was to obviously be able to have posters which would otherwise be excluded by the Sop. I merely suggested to go with privilege all the way. Sorry you thought it was myself suggesting you by pass the sop. Perhaps I should have phrased my question better to say; "go with privilege all the way", or based completely upon privilege.

I have never said you have. Others on that thread have,in essence,said they don't want Jews here. They haven't named names but it's easy to figure it out. I don't understand the hostility you are showing. Over all you are well treated here, even by myself. I could could attack but I haven't you seem to misinterpret what people post.I haven't accused you of anything other than I thought it was a cheap shot to open a thread to discuss other members of certain icons and then. Not let them respond. I don't think others here think I misrepresent you.
I don't understand your attitude here, but I think a lot of people agree.
This is not meant as a personal attack, but is a statement of sadness.

You know, instead of all the misunderstandings and hurt feelings, I think I'll just try using the ignore function and the report button. It's just not worth the escalating squabbles in the long run. Ya'll feel free to do the same to me.

When I deal with people "in person", I like to look them in the eye and talk plainly. But no one does that any more. In fact, it usually scares them (and I'm not that scary- really) and then ends up in a political knife to the back or sniping attacks. It's a "brave new world" now, where everyone hides behind "Authorities" skirts.

I've been on several forums, and never until recently here have I used the ignore function. The only posts I can ever remember reporting were my own; when I thought I might be pushing the envelope a bit too much I'd alert the mods to review my post before too many people read it.

But maybe hiding is the answer. It should at least waste less of my time and lower my blood pressure some. Have a nice day, and if anyone thinks I might be ignoring them (especially if you fly a cross or regularly push some agenda that is counter to Messianic beliefs) ... I just might be doing exactly that! And if you get reported, go ahead and blame me whether I did it or not. I'll just add you to the list.

My problem with the ignore button is I have one person there now, but like a train wreak, I keep going to that little "view post" prompt to see what they've said. But at least I can close it back up and save myself hours of scrolling...
We've discussed this here ad nauseum, but because we can hide behind our keyboard and white screen, and it seems now especially with all the newbies, no one posts anything about themselves in the "about me" section, posters can really cloak themselves.
We are nothing more than opinions in cyberspace instead of real people with real ideas and feelings, and souls.
One of Judaism's tenants is respect for another, and if you disrespect someone, you are stealing from them. But then again, most here haven't a clue as to what Judaism's tenants are. Very sad.

See, now you went and ruined it! I didn't even know there was such a button as a "view post" button!
LOL, why would you want to see what they said if you are ignoring them? I have a few people on already, and thinking about a few more. Some threads could get pretty interesting if they reply and others talk back to them.

True. One of the reasons I came here was to learn more. My wife assures me one of the tenants is if I keep bugging her she'll brain me! She's kinda' angry at me for going this route anyhow. But it's difficult to learn with all the mainstream folk arguing, lecturing and sometimes being downright anti-Semitic.
