Mourning the passing of a fantasy of "White America" - I think that's what the accusation is based on. I see the same thing (that the fantasy is racist), but America has always been multiracial. The Spanish have been here for centuries and the Native Americans before that. Afro-Americans and Caribbeans have also been here quite a long while. The Chinese are more recent, the Koreans more recent still, but here long before 1960.

I have voted every election in my life Republican. I feel that Mormonism is a cult rather than a part of Christianity. Therefore I cannot vote for Romney.

A cult is a group that calls itself Christian but rejects one of the fundamental teachings of Christianity i.e. the deity of Christ.

I agree with you here. Although I'm not a fan of Romney's policies, I would vote for him in the general election despite his Mormonism over Obama. I think Romney is a good and hardworking guy and has good values. Though, I do support Ron Paul is the primary 100%.
