Hi everyone,

I have another small question. So needless to say it’s one causing havoc on my anxiety.

So I hold nothing against the Lord.I trust and love him unconditionally. But a thought that isn’t mine keeps repeating itself by saying “I can’t follow “a God” that sends babies to hell”,this thought isn’t mine,I didn’t conjure up this thought either,I don’t like it,I didnt willfully think it,I don’t even confess it to challenge the lord,I’m not even saying that I don’t want to continue discipleship either.I hate this thought/Question,I hate that it’s polluting my mind, and I hate it in general.Like I said I hate to have to type out the thought, every word in it I’m against.I would never ever refer to the Lord as “A God”.Nor am I debating my devotion to him either because im following him no matter what. But I can’t shake the question that causes me unwanted anxiety.

which is this.

“Where do babies that die in infancy go?,are they immediately taken to heaven,or are some sent to hell?”
Scripture reveals how King David would see his baby again who died. Only Calvinists have told me that they believe in infant damnation. Then again, they believe in other crazy things, like God decreeing sin or evil, etcetera.

Hello Blaise,

This is one of those hard (and emotional) questions. First, let's acknowledge that God is both fair and just; also let's acknowledge that the Bible doesn't tell us everything we would like to know (probably because we wouldn't or couldn't understand it all). So, here are my thoughts. There will be no created being (angelic or human) in heaven who did not make a choice to be there. So, your question is more of: "What about those who didn't get to make a choice?" So, where did you get the notion that they were (or will not be) offered a choice? Just because you didn't see it, doesn't mean it won't (or didn't) happen. We can discuss more if you want. Just let me know.

In Rom 9:11 reads , For the children not yet having been born , neither having PRACTISED anything GOOD or BAD , in order that the purpose of God to ELECTION might remain , NOT / OV is a DISJUNCATIVE PARTICLE NEGATIVE and means never from WORKS EVER , but from the ONE CALLING .
Yes its context is Israel , BUT Eph 1:4 say that we the Body of Christ were CHOSEN in him BEFORE THE FOUNDATION of the World .
