Please pray that my season of suffering and evil afflictions come to an end. Like Job, I've been through a lot of hell and there seems to be no end in sight. Please pray that God will heal me and deliver me from my misfortunes.

CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

Lord Jesus, You know what physical suffering is. Omniscient God, You know what all kinds of suffering are. I pray for this one that blessing will come out of the suffering, far greater than the suffering, but that it will be over soon. I pray other blessings upon him, and that he will be rich in You. Amen.

I am praying for you and completely understand what you are going through. I feel similar. Some of us suffer longer than others. I know there are many reasons why and some things we just won't fully understand until we get to heaven but maybe He is preparing you for something or someone so that you can speak from experience and comfort them. I hope your suffering is just about through and mine as well. Thank God Job is in the Bible or everyone would always assume the worst.
