You scored as Karl Barth.

The daddy of 20th Century theology. You perceive liberal theology to be a disaster and so you insist that the revelation of Christ, not human experience, should be the starting point for all theology.

Anselm 87%
Martin Luther 73%

Actually... it's not!

The thing about Karl Barth is that often he sounds good, and so it's easy to score him highly on a quiz like this. (I had to consciously avoid it.)

He talks about Christ being God's revelation, but he means Christ as opposed to Scripture. The Bible is not the Word of God, it's only a vehicle of the Word.

Augustine is good, leaningonherbeloved. He's one of the few saints that both Protestants and Catholics claim as their own - Catholicism has followed his views on the church, while Calvinism has followed his views on grace and predestination.

I can strongly recommend reading his Confessions.

Oh dear - and I even answered vaguely about the revelation of christ being the starting point of theology - certainly didn't put highly agree....

maybe it was my anti liberal theology stance that won me this one.....

The results for that quiz are all messed up. I scored as 100% Barth, 100% Anselm, and only 67% Calvin and 57% Edwards. That couldn't be further from the truth.

Soli Deo Gloria

There is a mistake in that quiz! And I found it. Just keep on answering the questions until you get the desired results...
