A lighter note

Hey guys,
I've been making a lot of scrupulous threads on here, so I thought I would post something lighter for today. Here's what I'm drinking on the upcoming Feast of the Assumption:

Nice and medieval!

And a medieval drink, deserves a medieval cup!

Albeit, it's a stainless goblet, so not that medieval.

So, that's what I'm drinking on the Feast of the Assumption, Mead in a stainless steel goblet! I have other plans as well if anyone is interested. What are you doing to celebrating the Feast of the Assumption?

We will have Divine Liturgy in the morning and then have a little Feast afterwards as it's the Dormition of the Theotokos.

I've it's really good, it has a potency -you might be able to see it the photo- of 12.2%, the potency of strong beer or wine, according to my dad. (I'm not an expert or fan of alcohol, but I, like you really want to try this, and it's good to be anti-puritanical every once and a while !) It is a bit rare and expensive though.
