Great. These will drive me crazy twice as fast as the originals!

Yeah, do gay people really want to be represented in such saccharine, low effort attempts at entertainment?

I knew it. I was just telling my husband this was next. And here we are. Lol!

The next Chick-fil-A? Hallmark Channel CEO signals openness to gay Christmas films
Apparently, Hallmark does not think Christ has anything to do with Christmas.

Years ago, I worked at the YMCA teaching gymnastics. I told a family that Jesus is the world's Savior, and got fired. I found out then that a name on a business means nothing. Young Men's Christian Association no longer has anything to do with Christianity. It is just another giant corporation.

I think a lot of Christians watch Hallmark movies because they're safe and don't have to worry about anything shocking happening on the screen. With that said, they certainly don't invoke Christ, but at the same time don't show anything that would be opposed to traditional Christianity (extramarital sex, swearing, violence, etc.).

Just as "Hallmark movie" seems to have become a genericized term for any low budget, predictable, made-for-TV movie, when used positively, people throw the word "Christian" around as more of some sort of cultural identity, rather than a spiritual one.
