No, I've not read the same book of the Bible for a month, but I do get a lot of insight from sticking with the same book for a period of time. It gives you a better overall sense of the structure of the book.

Yes, I have read a book in one sitting ... but when I was much younger ... now I fall asleep after a dozen pages
