No No, theory is not something that you come up when your drunk, it is though, JUST AN IDEA, its not a scientic law, or certainty.

The misconceptions are plainly visible, so please accept that there are differences between our everyday use of "theory" and the amount of work that has to be done until a hypothesis can be considered a scientific theory.

If you wish to falsify the ToE, please by all means do so. You'd definitely be in for a nobel prize...

I agree its not a hypothesis, but its not a scientific law or FACT. It can, and in evolution, will be proven wrong.

In science, facts are the observed data. Theories are the explanations of the data. Laws are mathematical descriptions of the way nature works. Science is about explaining observations; therefore, theories are central to science, and they're different from laws. Not inferior, just different.

Theories explain facts; the theory of evolution explains the fact of descent with modification from common ancestors - in other words, the fact of evolution.

If a dictionary gives a number of different, context-dependent meanings for a term, you aren't at liberty to choose a meaning that isn't the correct one for your particular context, however much you might happen to prefer it.
