Since the demise of IDD
, and the new rules, I rarely go to PRE. But when I do, I notice that the mods in PRE strictly enforce their rules prohibiting non-PRE folks from posting anything other than questions or "friendship" posts. Here, there seems to be a lot more tolerant attitude. In addition, perhaps because it's rather lenient, I notice a much greater participation of non-Catholic posters here. Without commenting on the difference in rule enforcement, I wonder if the more friendly attitude here has encouraged more dialogue/debate? It sure seems that there are more average posts per day here than over there, anyway.
