Hey
A concen I have at the moment, I am struggling with clinical depression
One of the side effects of the clinical depression is zero appetite, so much so, I had to kind of eat a meal last night, soley for the reason to not end up with a low blood sugar, blood pressure etc
I hoped having a few meals might kick start my appetite, and it hasnt. Its really hard to eat and the fear is of going the other path and ending up with an eating disorder
If anyone reads here thats been through a similar thing, would appreciate hearing from you, or anyone who has a word of wisdom

Are you in treatment at all for your depression? Are you seeing a psychiatrist? 'cause if you are, they'll find an antidepressant that works, and that'll make the depression lessen, and in turn that will stimulate your appetite again. If you're not in treatment, I would highly suggest that you try it out. Very highly suggest. Yes. Until then, hang in there, and force yourself to eat at least two meals a day, if not the full three.
