  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.
  • We hope the site problems here are now solved, however, if you still have any issues, please start a ticket in Contact Us

I've seen various types, but I wonder - does anyone make dry and almost powdered sun-dried tomatoes? I'd like to pre-mix some bread mixes.
Good news- you can make your own. Sun-dried tomatoes also come in a dried, bagged form, though they are harder to come by. I've made my own bread mixes in a jar and given them to people as gifts. To do the sun dried tomato and basil, I just throw the dried out sun dried tomatoes in the food processor and let it chop them up really fine. Same with the basil. But do the basil separately from the tomatoes or it starts tasting a little strange. Then mix it with your yeast and flour, snap a lid on it, and tie it up with a pretty bow and a gift tag. :)

I'm going to make some Jewish cookies tomorrow. I can't remember what they're called. Anyhow, I'm looking forward to making something new. I'll let you all know how it turns out. :D
So, Tink, how'd the cookies come out? :D I'm always ready for cookies!

the morning is only borderline productive. I'm on super-doooper prescription cough stuff, so my brain is all whirly right now. not exactly the best state in which to be writing a sermon or planning meetings or making visits.... (I certainly shouldn't be driving, LOL)

Watch out for sick laptops - mine is about to become an interstate traveller, but it's still healthy.

Unusual day today - My boss is out of town so I'm it. I got two new team members in to add the two I'm already training and ended up supporting a new customer coming in. Busy, busy, busy day!

Excellent fall today (and good leftover spaghetti). Any fun fall elsewhere?

(BY THE WAY.... WHERE DID EVERYBODY GO?)
