No one is say you should except it but when comments are incorrect or don't make sense you should not find it out of the ordinary to be asked for more information such as evidence to back them up.
Seriously. Don't come to a discussion n debate
site and then get defensive about being asked to
play the game or get out.

Every little bit adds up. If each of us makes a difference in or little world, the world at large will change.
I've found the many who say that are indeed only doing a little bit. Rather than actually making significant sacrifices.

I hadn't gotten that far though. You've been at this long enough to know people leave comments without intending on go any further than that.
Yes, it's often a way of avoiding having to
admit any error.
So much authority being exhibited by those who have no authority.
Yes, the misuse of the self-styled
authority of irresponsible religious
leaders and teachers did quite a number
on your education.

Take heart though, for lo, while it
is chronic, it's not incurable.

Agreed. That's why for some things like the New Green Deal is important.
The thing is for each of us TO do more.

How about saying something of significance that's actually on topic?

You should be a comedian. How does a creationist get a paper published?

By producing science that is worthy of publication. That's simple and obvious.

There's plenty of creationists that get actual science published - it's just that they're not getting creationism themed works published in peer reviewed journals. Because creationism is demonstrably a religious belief, and not science.

There are a number of scientists who scientifically demonstrate the implausibility of evolution. Did you read the article? It was written by a scientist.

Before I look, I'm guessing it's something from Douglas Axe. Probably relating to the supposed length of time it would require for proteins to create a beneficial mutation?

Checks link ... I was wrong.

It's David F Coppedge. He's not a scientist - he has no recognised scientific qualifications and nothing published in a peer reviewed journal. Not even a co-credit or acknowledgement (even I've got one of those). He is, in his own words, an IT specialist and a systems administrator/team lead systems administrator. He got warned by the JPL/CalTech for repeatedly harassing colleagues and violating ethics/code of conduct rules, and was fired when the Cassini mission cut staffing by 30%. He filed a suit against this and lost on every single of the 10 points (how Trumpian).

His article doesn't do anything remotely close to demonstrating that evolution is implausible. All it does is play God of the Gaps with insect flight evolution and then later with the evolution of flight in multiple classes of animal. Also, his treatment of the Hexapod Gap is completely disingenuous - but that's about what you'd expect from a creationist.

The Green New Deal is what a lot of this is about. In other words a lot of it is about politics, power, control and greed.

This right here tells me you don't really understand how things work. Google searches include how many times each word in the search occurs. Think about how often the word "and" occurs.

And those are some of the hits you got in that Google search. And I suppose I'm supposed to read and research all of them, even though there there's a good chance you didn't.
I never cease to be amazed by how many psychics and mind readers there are on the Internet.

I think at best like most you just dabble in this and have acquired a certain amount of surface knowledge/jargon. Like Greta Thunberg

Much like invoking Vice President Gore, mentioning Ms. Thunberg suggests more about your knowledge of climate change than it does about your interlocutor.
