  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

I am considering purchasing a 9m PCC and wonder if anyone has any suggestions to make regarding manufacturers?
I have considered the one from PSA because I've heard good things about it and they periodically put it on sale at a decent price.
Does anyone have any experience with PSA, or have other suggestions?

I stand corrected!
You were correct on PCC= pistol caliber carbine
I checked them out on line (having never heard about them) and their prices seem very good!
They've been around for quite a while and have an excellent reputation

It may be that they either don't or have very limited distribution in Canada.

One of these days, I'd like to get one of these:
Cx4 Storm

I'd probably get it in 40 S&W, though. Easier to reload for, IMO.........

Looks interesting. I already have a Beretta 92 A-1 so I have the mags. Hmmmmmm.

Ordered the 9mm from PSA today....last time I tried to order they were out of stock and this is the first time they've had them on sale since. Only thing I don't like is the bolt doesn't stay open after last shot, but it's really not a big deal since I will be using it for plinking and speed steel. Looking forward to getting it.

Now these look like a lot of fun, but a lot of work reloading!

There is a store up here selling Blazer 9mm 115 and 127 gr. for $12.00 CDN a box! I have not seen it this cheap since about 1995!

Not yet, supposed to arrive Feb 5. I only ordered one, I don't know why the picture showed up three times in my post, lol.

Ammo has definitely come down in price! I ordered 2,000 rounds of American Eagle 9mm 115 gr because it was on sale and with a 25% rebate it came out to $7.49/box. And free shipping!

We had the 25% rebate up here on American Eagle too, but that was at $26.00 Canadian a box or $24.00 a box if you bought the big box of 1000 (that's still over 13 a box).

It helps me justify reloading!

Ruger just came out with their new PCC with online price of $499. Uses either Ruger or Glock magazines.

But I think PSA makes good stuff, as well.

Of course this came out after I ordered the PSA PCC. But that is okay, one less decision to have had to make!

PCCs are my favorite. I have an 9mm AR with an Olympic Arms upper that takes Sten Mags, another 9mm AR that takes GLOCK mags, a Hi-Point 995 Carbine, a Kel-Tec Sub 2000 that GLOCK 17 mags and I guess you could count my .357mag Winchester 94 carbine. I'm thinking about putting together a 9mm AR pistol and of course I'd like the new Ruger PCC!

Sorry to dig up an old thread.
