Well you should care about the Hebrew, and Aramaic, seeing the OT of the King James Bible was translated from those writings. Frankly I surprised a King James only person does not know this.The rest of us trust the King James bible. We trust what has been passed down generation to generation, the textus receptus. We dont care about the Hebrew.
James gave the translators instructions intended to ensure that the new version would conform to the ecclesiology and reflect the episcopal structure of the Church of England and its belief in an ordained clergy.[6] The translation was done by 47 scholars, all of whom were members of the Church of England.[7] In common with most other translations of the period, the New Testament was translated from Greek, the Old Testament from Hebrew and Aramaic, and the Apocrypha from Greek and Latin.

And the LXX was translated by the Jews from the Hebrew Tanach for their own Hellenized people that spoke Koine Greek.
