  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

I babysat for five hours this morning :eek:

I woke up too early for my taste :yawn:

I've had an almost constant struggle with The Phantom of the Opera music going through my mind for the past two months. It's beautiful music and all, but really. I can only take so much--my family can only take so much. :p

I spend entirely too much time on the computer. :o

I don't exercise as much as I should. :doh:

i collect angels and pigs :D (both collections started by my kids).

i love to create all sorts of art....you name it, i've tried it. my favorite would be woodburning, sculpting, and water colors :angel: .

i sing and dance around the house :blush: .

i'm a horrible dresser :sorry: ... i like comfy stuff and have way too many pairs of jammies (i'll take a shower and throw clean Pj's on).

i love food! from cooking to eating :yum:... (even married a chef).
