Yes that is true I am going back to college to finish up what I did not get the first time through in my early twenties. It's fun to be one of the older students in the class now. I am a history major.

Good luck! My brother also recently went back to school to take up a subject, and I know that he found the experience of being the oldest student in his class to be a somewhat mixed blessing.

That was about the same age I started studying. I really enjoyed history, especially the bit about Calvinism and the Protestant work ethic as it relates to capitalism.

Good luck! I'm also at university, being one of the older students. You can definitely tell there's an age gap a lot of the time, but I do enjoy it. I'm studying to become a teacher.

Going to school later helps, I believe. I am in the middle of Master's school. In some ways it is extremely difficult to go have a career and be in school, but on the other hand, I am more prepared for what I learn in class because I have the experience to back it up.
