3 Word Story (Fun!)

I caught him

and started to

braid his hair

He pulled away

 

[Theofilus]

* Theofilus wakes up when the branch he's on breaks and falls to the ground. After making sure nothing is broken, he decides to go for a walk. After wandering around for for a couple of hours, he finds himself in the canyon with the shiny metal cross again. He starts looking at the carvings on it and trying to figure out what they mean. He hardly notices as the humming gradually gets louder. He is totally hypnotized by the carvings which seem to be moving. Then the humming is replaced by a rythmic beat which gets louder and faster. When it stops, Theo stands motionless just staring at the undulating glyphs. As the sun rises, he speaks with a strange monotone voice and says

Yes... Master.

* Theofilus walks back to the pool and waits for his friends.
