Don't have 3, but we had a very successfull 'launch' at our new church facility and there's been nice growth there in the last month or so.

finances.....what a struggle these past two years have been!
my back....I went to the dr. today and am definitely am going to have to have surgery again plus will probably have to have surgery on my shoulder!
we might be moving within the next month or two....I need strength!

That's a hard one for me, because if there is something I DON't like, it's cold weather!!
