Please pray for my 22 yr old son he was nearly killed in car wreck last year, took him 7 months to recover and has only recently went back to work , his finances are in a mess! He had no insurance and he applied every where for financial assistance and got very little. Now there are some creditors demanding payment and threatning to sue! He has no car and relying on a friend he works with to get to work. He has become very discouraged about all of this and I am very worried about him. Please join me in prayer and lift him up to our Father. thank you!

CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

I'll be praying for your son. 
Indeed I know how it is when something bad happens and everything seems to be going in a downward spiral, that happen to me about a year ago. But I stayed firm in my faith and prayed dilligently, and believe it or not, everything got alright. Encourage your son and pray with him, for indeed these things happen to test our faith. I suggest reading the Book of Job; he had it rough too.

oh man, that's depressing. I'm sorry you and him have to go through that. I pray that God brings justice and compassion into your sons life, that he brings hope to your future and love so that you may look forward to the days to come.
