2045 - Transhumanism. 100 years after Hitler's Third Reich plans came crashing down, they are back at it again.
The (d)evolutionists have decided that they have had enough of the sin curse and they want out of the human body, off the earth, and to reach the next stage of their (d)evolution.
Technology is going to give us eternal life, they say. Lets replace our bodies with electronic bionic forms, lets create robots in our own image, through advanced neural networks (IBM came out with their first chip with 1 million neurons last year in 2014) and us programmers / electronic engineers are doing all the dirty work for them (them? people who think man can evolve without God, tower of babel types).
This really makes me want to give up my day job (electronic engineering), now that I see where they are really heading. But so what.
What a powerful lie it is though, this is why I think communism, (d)evolution, robotics, space exploration, biology, cosmology has all come about at the same time - it will culminate in the final Anti-christ, the final 'false' god made by human hands, etc - but it will only be available to the 'elect' (the rich) and it will do away with all the 'religions' etc.
But I read all the way to the end of the book - it doesn't work out well for the anti christ and his followers.
Do these things concern anyone else out there? (if you believe in molecules-to-man evolution, I'd be interested in your take on this too, now that the cat is out of the bag.)
