It varies, the problem is I normally don't keep track. The times when I keep track I make better choices so I end up around the 1400 mark anyways. But when I don't keep track I'd guess I end up 1800 to 2000 a day, with days where I might even exceed that.How many calories per day, have you typically eaten?
So, after losing about 100 pounds this year, I'm about to take my diet up a notch. I'm going Keto and getting rid of all sugar from my diet. It's just causing too many issues. What I need to do is find more plant-based sources of protein.
