  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

Adventures in wedding planning: some random frightening pictures of my Mom and I :p

I also took a picture of me (purposefully) looking like a total creeper while peering into the mirror on one of their centerpieces... my family thinks it is hilarious, but I was so successful at being creepy I am afraid to post the pic in public :D

There is a beautiful campground just up the road from where we were in the first few photos! It is a gorgeous and very woodsy place set in the middle of the Redwoods :thumbsup:

Thanks :) Yeah...we just stopped random people on the trail and asked them to take our picture...or if I saw a couple where one was taking the photo, I just asked them if they would like a picture together and they usually offered to do the same for us in return :)
