CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

don't want to hijack the thread...
i've seen the damage caused by tornadoes first hand.. minutes after they hit. nothing is more sobering than knowing that there is someone trapped under a house.. and the only thing I can do is pray.. and shoot more video.
btw, i posted a profile picture.. attempting to un-hijack the thread. i'd put one here.. but i'm still under 50 posts!

i know, i love it. i get it a lot when i am working. i'm focused shooting the event i am at, and when i get home, there are pictures of me tagged on facebook! so.. i'm constantly thinking 'suck in the gut.. suck in the gut!'

I was hiding behind this thing of flowers on the table.. and I kept popping out behind it, then hiding, then popping out.. and she was laughing and then she starts filling in the "Peet-a-boo" for me.. and then she laughs and goes "pwayin peet-a-boo game.. untle pig.. yoo silly."
I was cracking up.
