  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

Chris and I have been going out for 2 months today. Man, it's felt like so much longer!!!

He brought me these flowers *awwww* He's so romantic- it's the 3rd time he's given me flowers!

The best part was, he came to work, where I work the front desk, sat in his car, called another lady in the office and asked her to call me away from my desk. Then he snuck in and put the flowers there for me to find when I got back. And I didn't even see them! I couldn't understand why he and the other lady were laughing at me... *sigh*

Anyway, just wanted to share the pic. I thought the flowers were sooo beautiful!

Man, we had a great date too, after I posted.
We drove about an hour away to a Diner called the Hogsbreath Cafe, where they do the yummiest curly fries! Then we drove back closer to home, to a beautiful park on a hill where you can see the whole city. And we sat in the back of my car, looking out across the city, holding each other and just talking about all kinds of things.

*gushy sigh*
