Last night I did something stupid. I placed my cell phone in the breast pocket of my bathrobe. I decided to clean the tub with ammonia before I took a shower. Can you guess what happened? Yep! My cell phone fell out right into the pure ammonia. It was only in there for about 5 secs before I pulled it out and started drying it off....for a moment I wanted to run it under water...:)....I flipped the phone open and the screen was dripping with what looked like black ink on the inside. It kept telling me to check my SIM card..so I fooled around with it and blow dried it for a while...it still was in a bad state. The phone buttons didn't work and everytime I pushed a button besides 0 it would flash and say for emergency calls only. I had no T-Mobile service. The background and button keys stayed lit even after the designated time to go off, even when I shut the flip part of the phone.

So, I prayed a lot last night and told God about how He knew I couldn't afford another phone and I told Him that I was expecting in faith. Then, I went to bed, expecting the phone to be in completely perfect working order when I woke up. And it was/still is. Nothing is wrong with it. It is as if I never dropped it into ammonia. The only thing different is that I had to reset the clock/date. All my phone numbers are there...received calls, dialed calls, it charges, I can play games, etc. Isn't that great? The lights go off when they are supposed to...my SIM card if perfect... the screen isn't black...there are no signs of moisture inside the phone....etc., I'm praising God for that because there is no way my phone would be perfect otherwise.
