I can skip fat and calorie laden things all day long.......... but sugar I have a HUGE problem with! I LOVE the stuff! My console to myself is to buy candy that has no fat grams and eat it all day long......... not good. That's the way I keep myself on a constant sugar high and then crash at the end of each day........ I know this, yet can't stop! I promised myself that I'd eat better this year, and I'm truly going to try!
