What would you suggest for when you wake in the middle of the night, discover that everyone else is fast asleep, yet you're so thoroughly awake that going back to sleep seems impossible for the moment?

If you have trouble sleeping the best thing to do is pray and/or dance ......... prayer is always good , and dancing will certainly tire you but uplift you too.
Then there is contemplation , a thing most people don't make time for sadly , my Mother used to say to me "you know your trouble .... , you think too much , you are not busy enough " ........... I look back now and I realise that it was a sad thing for her to say , kinda like she just didn't want to think even!

Meditation (the Biblical variety) is always good .

As for technological advances over the next 50 or so years , I feel Lasers will be the main area of movement .......... I thought this 20 years ago , and still do. Lasers for almost everything.

It's like a working name ........... when ladies couldn't get their books published or taken seriously in a bygone day , they used an AKA name , usually a man's name.

One of the best modern female writers I like is Ellis Peters .
sadly , "Ellis Peters died in the autumn/winter of 1995, so there won't be any more Cadfael stories. Many mystery readers everywhere mourned her passing."

Because it's more serious to need the toliet than park .................. unless you happen to be in the car when you need the toilet that is.

No , I wish i did .

I am tempted to learn Welsh , I spoke to someone a few days ago and they reckon I could do it in 4 years.

I like the sound of French and Italian , Russian sounds cool too , I admire families that are bi-lingual.

Our purpose is Twofold , to Find God and second to enjoy Him forever.

BTW , please don't draw this one out , it can cause arguements , and I don't mind difficult questions but arguements are the last thing Friendship court needs......... I mean I come hear usually after being in some dispute for some fun , friendship , peace and community ........... thanks!

It probably originates from a simple inquiry "what do You do" ? Butcher Baker or Candle stick maker
